Paper Submission You are kindly invited to submit the full text version of your paper. The electronic format of the full-text paper (*.doc and *.pdf documents) will be sent as e-mail attachment to cjaliu@unitbv.ro or arotmm@unitbv.ro, no later than the 15th of March 2013. Papers with an even no. of pages (6 or 8) will respect the template posted on the conference web-site http://www.arotmm.ro/syrom2013/download/template.zip. Papers exceeding 8 pages will be charged with 25 EUR/page and will respect the condition of even number of pages. Only papers with at least one author as registered participant will be included in the Proceedings. Proceedings will be published in a hardcopy volume in Springer Publishing House, after the peer review process. The previous SYROM proceedings (2009) are now posted on ISI Thomson. Registration Fee The full conference fee is 250 EUR.
The full conference fee includes: For each additional paper of the same registered participant, a fee of 100 EUR is supplementary required. The conference fee for participants that are not registered with a paper is of 150 EUR and covers the conference documents (including one Proceedings volume), coffee breaks, lunches, welcome party and Gala Dinner.

number: Please indicate in the payment document: “SYROM 2013” followed by your name. Scanned copies of the payment documents will be sent, via e-mail, to the Organizing Committee (payment is a compulsory condition for publishing). Presentation and Proceedings The official language of the Symposium is English. The speakers should present their contribution in 15 min. Further 5 min are available for discussions. Slide and overhead projectors, video projectors and VHS video system are available for presentation.
Accommodation and Travel In Brasov there are hotels in all the categories. A list of hotels will be sent to the authors and to registered persons and posted on the Symposium website.
